What if I don’t know what topics I want to cover? A: No worries—I'll help with that! We can brainstorm together, or I can suggest strategic blog topics based on your practice area, ideal client, and goals.
What if I’m not great at explaining what I want? A: That’s okay. I’m good at asking the right questions to get the info I need. We’ll keep it simple and collaborative.
How long does it take to receive my content? A: Turnaround times vary a bit depending on the package, but most projects are delivered within 7–14 business days. If you’re on a monthly plan, we’ll stick to a consistent schedule that works for both of us.
What if I need revisions? A: All packages include at least one round of revisions—up to three, depending on the scope. My goal is always to make sure your content feels just right and represents your brand authentically.
Can you upload the content to my website or LinkedIn? A: I currently provide content in a ready-to-post format (Google doc), but I’m happy to include basic formatting and posting instructions if you need a hand. If you'd like full upload and publishing support, we can discuss that as an add-on.
Do you offer ongoing content support? A: Yes! All of my packages are monthly subscriptions, ensuring you always have content ready to go, and I also offer custom retainers if you're looking for something more tailored. Just reach out and we’ll find the right fit.
Do you write social media content too? A: Yep! Short-form content is included in each monthly plan, and I offer additional caption bundles by request.
Do you offer ongoing support for social media management? A: I focus on writing the content itself, but if you need light formatting or posting guidance, I can include that. For more hands-on publishing or social scheduling, I can refer you to a trusted partner or offer it as a custom add-on.
Can I mix and match services? A: Absolutely! If you need a custom bundle or want to build a package around your unique goals, just reach out and we can create something that fits.
What kinds of wellness businesses do you work with? A: I work with solo providers and small practices—like chiropractors, dentists, acupuncturists, integrative health clinics, massage therapists, doulas, and coaches.
Q: What if I want a piece of content that can go on my blog but also on LinkedIn or other platforms? A: Sometimes you want a piece that does double or triple duty, working as a blog post and newsletter content, social media content, or other platforms. If that's your need, I can absolutely tailor your content to suit the platforms you want to use. There is a minimal fee for the added time to tailor the content.
